Since 2023, Malik has been serving as PCP's Head of Real Estate Operations. A Georgia native with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University, Malik is dedicated to leveraging his expertise to create a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

At PCP, Dagim serves as our acquisition specialist, leading efforts in the Atlanta market. Dagim Haile was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and came to the United States as a political refugee in 2008. He attended Georgia State University where he double majored in Real Estate and Marketing with a passion for entrepreneurship. As an Atlanta native and  a proud GSU alumnus, Dagim is dedicated to giving back and making a positive impact in his community.
